Since I study creative media and digital media, audio production become a part of our learning agenda. I am lucky to have many previous experiences in music remix and training which help me to make music not only for the course and to create my own work but also to orientate my production direction toward commercial. It is a big step for me to understand the commercial industry standard for making suitable music. The difference between self-creation is that the length of the music, the style, and the mood have to be well-considered. This page shows the results of my learning.

Leuphana University: Media Production: Audio Production Session
This course required students to make 3 songs with different styles, including different techniques that are 30-60s long.
First beat: casual progressive EDM with vocal cut
Second beat: rap/hip-hop bassline with sound from animal farm
Third Beat: Hopeful vibe and motivational feeling

The course mainly focuses on how to use the types of equipment in the recording room and taught us how to produce commercial-oriented audio pieces. Therefore, different techniques were well taught such as BPM control, length control, fade in/out or adding filters, and more…Many useful synthesizers and samples from other genres have also been discovered and collected.

Create Music that Suits the Vibe of the Picture: Holi
I try to create a happy and dreamy atmosphere as people were having fun at a music festival and a color party. Those parties usually happen once a year in different places or countries and it is a very important moment for them to memories it. Therefore, I create it with a bit of tropical feeling and a sense of unforgettable mood where you can feel that people are happily dancing and sweating in the summertime. In the beginning, it has the feeling that people are ready for the dream to come true or ready for a happy moment. In the end, it is where people have a great time and leave the memory in their minds. The music piece from what I imagine is that people are dancing which the camera shot at them in the partly slow keyframes.
